Hunger and Children By: Demar Daniels

       First of all I agree that stories of children dying around the world should be on the news, because they are people just like us; and if we were in those situations we would want someone to give us attention and care for us. Did u know that over 22, ooo kids die every day around the world because they dint have a home, no family, no food or have caught a disease from eating the wrong thing.

Another reason why I think these stories should appear on the news is so that we could do something about it. So if someone just happens to watch the news channel and they see that there are kids in need of homes and food, they might try to help and do something about it.

In general  I think that everyone should have money automatically token out there checks to be sent to the places in the world that have lots deaths from children, so that could pay to build shelters, provide medicines, provide food and maybe give them  to loving families.

THE ARTICLE BY ANUP SHAH SAID, IT SEEMS THAT THE WORLD DOESN’T NOTICE THESE KIDS SHOULD BE SHOWN EVERYDAY ON THE NEWS. HE SAYS IT FEEL LIKE THE ONES THAT REALLY NEED ATTENTION IS NOT GETTING IT. THEY SHOW THE KIDS THAT’S NOT THAT MUCH IN NEED.

SECONDALY ANUP SHAH STATED THAT THE CELEBERTIES DO MAKE THIS NEWS WEARTHY AND NO ONE ELSE IS TRYING TO DO OR SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THIS. MOST OF THESE KIDS DIE SILENTLY ON THE STREETS OF CHILD MORTALITY.

THEREFORER I THINK THAT EVERYONE AROUND THE WORLD SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ,BECAUSE THEY ARE HUMANS JUST LIKE US…

                          

Child Hunger By: Tyree Doss

I will argue that poor people should be more on the news more often. I think this because they need more help. I also think we should give more things to the poor people.

First of all, poor people should be on the news, because if we see it on the news we could act. One way we can act is by doing something for the poor like giving donations, water, foods and  lots of different things people can give to help  that’s why I think they should more on the news.

Secondly, I think they should be on the news, because they need help. We should give more cloths and shelter, because if we give those things they could not be cold and they would be much warmer. It could stop them from dying because 22,000 people die everyday. If we give that and food it could help them survive.

Finally, I think they should be on the news because if people see them on the news they could work much faster and help by giving more donations. If we do that, it could pay for more food and water and other things, as and that’s why they should be on the news.

Therefore, if we don’t show them on the news then more people will die and that would be a problem. Why are, living so good when more people are dying, because we are not caring. If we do something we are helping save more lives.                                       

Hunger in the News By: Johnny Banks

I think the news should let people know that people are dying from hunger. The reason I think people should no is because they have the right to no. another reason I think they can help. If people can help I think they should let people no because letting people die is not cool.

I think they should do something about people dying. They can start sending food to the people that need food. The governor could send more money to help pay for food. people that are nice can send a couple of dollars to help pay food.

People that are hungry they hungry because they don’t have a job. People were too hungry to work. It wasn’t that much jobs to begin with. People that don’t have a job they cant get one because they might not have an education.

I think its dump not to tell everyone about who died. The article started in hunger and  mortality. The article is just talking about world hunger but I think its bogus cause they no about it and don’t try and help out.

I think they should because it can help them. People would be more then happy to give up 5 dollars to help out people that need it. The people could donate stuff if they no people need the stuff.

    I think they should be there a little more news coverage of people starving in other countries so we can see how good life is in the U.S.A

    
First of all they. 1 child dying every 4 seconds. On T.V over 22,000 children die everyday from hungry caused by poverty and preventable illness. News agencies do not report this people around the world are not doing anything.

   
Should show it more because it more important then most of the thing that on TV anyways need to be on t.v more. Not only when celebrates leader say something need better condom so it will stop the spared of aids.

   
They worry that the TV rating mite go down ,but It hard for people don’t know what don’t see, need to show the more on TV so they can learn or know. If they know about the kid dying all over the world.

 
This is why I think they need to show this more on TV so people can and will be more aware of the death that is going on in different countries.

Hunger and child mortality by Diamond Thompson

I will agque that stories about the child mortality should be in the head lines of the world news. I say this because I think that people should know about these stories just like they know about people being killed, and others killing someone else. Maybe if people hear about these stories they would be willing to help stop these problems from happening.

I feel that putting these stories out in the open would get more people help the countries phural that are really in need of out help. The hunger and mortality article said the children die quickly in small villages. I wanted to address this quote, because we think because those kids do not live here we can’t help them or don’t have to listen to their stories. I say just think if you and your family was in something like this; you would want someone to listen or even help you.

We see everything that happens in our country. We always try to fix them problems but never think what could be happening in the country right next to us. I think we should have a 15 min segment on the news telling us things that happen in other countries and ways we could help. This could help us to stop always thinking about our selves, and think about someone else for a change. If you go back to the article it says that we give all the news stuff to the wealthy and not the real problems, and I agree with that.

One way that I think we could do as the USA to help; is by taking 1 dollar out of everyones check. then once out the month, they give the money to different countries that need it for a good reason. This is on the news for about a month so people would know where there money is going. If you go back to the article it says the question is do people want to listen. I think by doing this it could get people to listen to the stories and make a difference in other people’s lives.

So I think that we should have these stories on the news every single day. In closing no one should have to die because we want to send money on things we don’t even need. Things like 3 or 4 cars, or buying a new outfit every day or going out to eat every week. So what I am trying to say, is have a heart.

Fag - No Never By: Deonna Roy

I will argue that people will get mad over being called a fage, for the simple fact that they might not be or that they just think it's disrespectful.  I'm arguing that people shouldn't worry about who another person is or what they are not, because that shouldn't matter to them that's how a person disagrees or agrees on the way they want to live their lives.  I'm also arging that people who call others gay or that they are a fag is being real mean, because they might want to make themselves feel bigger than the other person.

First of all, people will get mad over getting called a fag, because they might not want the world to know that they're gay.  People getting called a name will hurt them in the inside and people don't realize how much they  break people down.  Getting called a fag also can make people dislike you  and it's like the person would be offended and the person that isn't the fag will be ready to snap and fight.  While in reality, people  should just let others be whatever they want to be whether that's bisexual, gay, straight, or anything else.

Secondly, people shouldn't worry about what other people are.  It shouldn't matter to others because it's not other peoples business.  People expect for other people to just let them live their lives so why can't they just let homosexuals or bisexuals live their lives as normal people?  I think people see homosexuals in other ways like they treat them different which isn't fair because if that was a family member they wouldn't treat them different.  Homosexuals should be able to be in a world where they can do what they want.

Finally, people who call other people fags are man.  For the simple fact that you shouldn't call something that you wouldn't want to be called.  You treat someone the way that you would wan to be treated, but instead people do treat others with disrespect but don't want it in return.  I think that it's unfair to call someone something so mean you hurt them that way.  You make homosexuals self esteem go down.  People just don't understand how much a homosexual has to go through with people picking on them.  Calling someone out is very mean and and by just saying one word you can hurt a person dearly.

Therefore, people will get mad or offended if you call them or use the word fag.  They will want to fight the personb who called used that word.  People shouldn't worry about what another person wants to be in their life.  Everybody makes their own choices and because of that, they shouldn't worry because it's none of their business.  People who call others fags should know how getting picked on feels.  They don't know how bad it really hurts a person.

Homosexual Rights By: Demar Daniels

                                                                                                           

I will argue that homosexuals shouldn’t be called fags. They also shouldn’t be called gay. They are human beings like everyone else; they don’t deserve to be called something that they are not.

First of all, I don’t think that homosexuals that different from everyone on else. To me they are nicer people. They seem more happier than everyone else. They are funny, they could be really good friends and they don’t like to mess with other people.

Secondly, they never cause any trouble with people. They stay to themselves and friendly. They could be very helpful. When you are having trouble with something, they will kindly help you with whatever you need.

Finally, I don’t think they are harmful or mean. They are just people that like their own sex. They will be very good people for you to hang out with.

Therefore, I don’t think they should be treated the way they are treated today . Just because they like their own sex doesn’t me that they are not human beings. They are just like me and you accept they have a different mind.
