Fag - No Never By: Deonna Roy

I will argue that people will get mad over being called a fage, for the simple fact that they might not be or that they just think it's disrespectful.  I'm arguing that people shouldn't worry about who another person is or what they are not, because that shouldn't matter to them that's how a person disagrees or agrees on the way they want to live their lives.  I'm also arging that people who call others gay or that they are a fag is being real mean, because they might want to make themselves feel bigger than the other person.

First of all, people will get mad over getting called a fag, because they might not want the world to know that they're gay.  People getting called a name will hurt them in the inside and people don't realize how much they  break people down.  Getting called a fag also can make people dislike you  and it's like the person would be offended and the person that isn't the fag will be ready to snap and fight.  While in reality, people  should just let others be whatever they want to be whether that's bisexual, gay, straight, or anything else.

Secondly, people shouldn't worry about what other people are.  It shouldn't matter to others because it's not other peoples business.  People expect for other people to just let them live their lives so why can't they just let homosexuals or bisexuals live their lives as normal people?  I think people see homosexuals in other ways like they treat them different which isn't fair because if that was a family member they wouldn't treat them different.  Homosexuals should be able to be in a world where they can do what they want.

Finally, people who call other people fags are man.  For the simple fact that you shouldn't call something that you wouldn't want to be called.  You treat someone the way that you would wan to be treated, but instead people do treat others with disrespect but don't want it in return.  I think that it's unfair to call someone something so mean you hurt them that way.  You make homosexuals self esteem go down.  People just don't understand how much a homosexual has to go through with people picking on them.  Calling someone out is very mean and and by just saying one word you can hurt a person dearly.

Therefore, people will get mad or offended if you call them or use the word fag.  They will want to fight the personb who called used that word.  People shouldn't worry about what another person wants to be in their life.  Everybody makes their own choices and because of that, they shouldn't worry because it's none of their business.  People who call others fags should know how getting picked on feels.  They don't know how bad it really hurts a person.

I will argue that homosexuals shouldn’t be called fags. They also shouldn’t be called gay. They are human beings like everyone else; they don’t deserve to be called something that they are not.

First of all, I don’t think that homosexuals that different from everyone on else. To me they are nicer people. They seem more happier than everyone else. They are funny, they could be really good friends and they don’t like to mess with other people.

Secondly, they never cause any trouble with people. They stay to themselves and friendly. They could be very helpful. When you are having trouble with something, they will kindly help you with whatever you need.

Finally, I don’t think they are harmful or mean. They are just people that like their own sex. They will be very good people for you to hang out with.

Therefore, I don’t think they should be treated the way they are treated today . Just because they like their own sex doesn’t me that they are not human beings. They are just like me and you accept they have a different mind.

Fag - Positive or Negative? By: Diamond Thompson

     I agree that homosexually people should not be called fag because it’s really offensive to them and to others who have homosexually family members and friends. It’s also not the right meaning to fag. There are many different always to use fag and putting people down it’s not one. So my argument is that calling homosexually people a fag is really negative to our world, country, city, and community. 

            I feel that the word fag should be use in the right meaning. The right way to use the word fag is saying cigarette and firewood. Using it to descried homosexually people is not the right way. I also feel that if people didn’t start using other words in the wrong way then fag would not be used in the wrong way.

            This is like a battle because now that everyone thinks homosexually people should be called fags, no one would want to come out and tell people that they are gay. So its like they are keeping there real self inside and not telling the true Then this turn to relationships going wrong because, they would always have to hind there relationships from everyone.

            Lastly I think we as the people of Wisconsin should try to pass a law saying that use a word in the wrong way and putting another person down is a fine. So then this could make the problem go away. It could also help other words that are soon would be used in the wrong way and could hurt another person, so then if you or me would ever fell like putting someone down we would think how it make them feel and the fine we would have to pay if someone hears us.

In closing we should use all words with there right definition. So them in the long run we would have good grammar and not putting others down. It could make out world a better place. This could be a change we all make together so then we can always be stars.
